[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced my Duet set for this set. After only having it for a couple of weeks the lid was leaned on & the latch snapped so I was unable to use it. Had to wait almost 3 weeks for repair man to come and tell us we were going to have to wait another 2 weeks for the part to come in. Hope this isn't a sign of things to come. It does clean well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Amazing Washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was an update to my 9 year old whirlpool washer. I love that I can preload the detergent and let the washer dispense it during each wash. This washer is so quiet and you can create you favorite cycles. I’m certainly enjoying washing large items like blankets and comforters without them ripping or delicate items getting stretched out on the old fashioned spindle.

First load didn't finish.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Error message said call Whirlpool technician, but I thought it must be a mistake! I unplugged it, and it seems to be fine. Except that it can't seem to balance loads before spinning, resulting in several loads having to be drained and re-spun.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Washer and dryer set!

It washes amazingly, so many features to help you with whatever your washing, the dryer is similar and drying time is fast, many features on the dryer as well. I highly recommend!
