Easy break pieces

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had my washer for three weeks and the plastic piece that locks the lid into the washer broke in half. They do not make metal ones to replace.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been great. We owned a Samsung washer prior to this one and it lasted 4 years... FOUR years! My husband told me we couldn't go wrong with a whirlpool and he was right. The load and go is AMAZING and it's quite! Love that I can check the status on my phone and love that the fast cycle is 30ish minutes!
