Easy break pieces

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had my washer for three weeks and the plastic piece that locks the lid into the washer broke in half. They do not make metal ones to replace.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been great. We owned a Samsung washer prior to this one and it lasted 4 years... FOUR years! My husband told me we couldn't go wrong with a whirlpool and he was right. The load and go is AMAZING and it's quite! Love that I can check the status on my phone and love that the fast cycle is 30ish minutes!

I love the large capacity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm loving this large capacity washer for our family of 5. I am washing so many less loads per week. It's super quiet and works great. The only thing I'm not happy with is the Load and Go dispenser which seems to empty each load. So, I load enough for a load each time and run it.
