Great except with bulky items

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the load n go feature and the ability to control it over an app. But when bulky items are washed like rugs, it never finishes a load without having to adjust the load to balance it. Overall it’s good except for the bulky items.

So quiet

Deep, cleans well, spins nearly dry

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this three weeks ago (active family of 4) and this has washed my clothes cleaner than my previous washer. Also, the spin cycle has made my clothes dryer run in nearly half the time. 5.3 cu. ft. allows us to do more in a load. The only hiccup is washing blankets or pillows and making sure it's balanced.

I really love that I can customize every load based on my needs. We haven’t had an balancing issues but it does sound very different from my previous washer.
