[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the features and the washer itself. Having many difficulties with the touch panel as 1/3 of the time it takes me several minutes to even turn it on. Almost a hit and miss with the touch panel. Maybe mine is a malfunction. Hoping my warranty covers it since it did it from day one. Other than that, when it does work, I really enjoy the features

Smart Washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like my washer all except for the fact that I ordered a washer with the agitator and they sent me one that didn't have one. It took me 3 months to get my dryer, so I didn't want to send it back and wait for another washing machine with the agitator, so I thought I would give this one a try. I don't really like it, because it doesn't get your clothes as clean as a washer with the agitator does.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice but..........

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Still trying to get used to it, but you could do a better job with the book that comes with it. I put a load of jeans in on normal load and the thing took 3 hours to run and then gave me an error code. I had to figure out for myself that those should be heavy duty. My old washer did those as a normal load, but your book says everything is normal.
