Very Efficient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super efficient in terms of cleaning clothes and laundry detergent using the auto feature....but.... We bought a "dented" floor model, so an issue I am having may be related to damage. Keeping the washer in balance is almost impossible, especially with towels and blankets. I have re-leveled the washer numerous times. It is as perfectly level as possible given our old house...but it still gets out-of-balance frequently. If not for this issue, I would rate it at 5 stars. Not sure if this is a common trait, or solely related to the damage.

Every feature you can imagine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer has so many features. You name it, it has it. Now how to use all these features is another issue. The owner's manual is awful! Why can't Whirlpool write one that isn't like a new car owner's manual? Actually, a car manual is easier to understand and at least has an index. This is a big washer but it is just too confusing for us. I wish we bought the basic model. Lot's of things to go wrong in this one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I reviewed the matching Dryer and gave it a 4. It's a really good dryer. But this washer is a 3 at its best. I really want to rate it higher but it's a large capacity washer and nearly always "times out" because the weight of the load creates an off-balance load. I want to rate it higher, and, maybe, just maybe, I'm doing something wrong but it shouldn't be this hard.
