[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The instructions are incomplete, and I had to call the support number 3x the first week I had the washer. Every time I called I had to wait on hold for about an hour to even talk to someone. And although it is a much larger washer, it doesn't seem to fit much more than my last washer. The "unbalance" cycle does not alert you that it's unbalanced either. It seems to just keep taking longer to wash it. Not thrilled.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not happy with the end of cycle alarm. You have to pay for the WiFi connection after 6 months. Does not seem to dispense the fabric softener. Would have been nice to have a manual.

Lots of Space!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this before Christmas and it is a game changer. I can walk into the laundry room and smell how fresh it is - so nice. The agitation is a bit different than the previous one that would consistently go back and forth. With this one it seems like it moves, pauses and then moves again.

Love the options

It’s such a large machine that I can get through a pile of clothes that took me four loads in my old machine down to only 2 loads with this one. Less time washing and frees up my time.
