Sleek though clothes bunch easily

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this washer to replace a dreadful front-loading machine! We love it so far. It cleans well and the clothes come out smelling wonderfully. The only thing that we have noticed and have not been able to troubleshoot away, yet, is that larger items tend to bunch up to one side during the spin cycle. The washer will turn off, almost immediately, and show a message to open and reposition the items. This will happen several times in a row before it is able to finish the spin cycle if you are not careful about what goes in the washer (blankets and sheets are usually the culprits).
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this washer just over a month. Set up the wifi and at first it worked great. Whirlpool updated the app and now it is not es intuitive as the old one. It keep wanting me to add a new appliance, but seems to recognize what I have already set up? Like the auto add detergent feature and the clothes come out clean. The manual is horrible. Does not give info on features or error codes

Quiet operating
