A Great Performing Washer

While it took awhile to get used to its operation, it has done a fantastic job in washing very large loads in its conservation of water, detergent, electricity, and drying time as it spins the load to a partially dry state.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had the washer for about a month. So far, we are pleased. Took about a week to learn how all the settings work. Had to call Whirlpool to figure out how to add detergent if you disable the Load and Go feature. Manual did not explain very well. Sometimes, the ON button takes a few touches to turn on before it senses touch, which is a little irritating.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Sleek though clothes bunch easily

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this washer to replace a dreadful front-loading machine! We love it so far. It cleans well and the clothes come out smelling wonderfully. The only thing that we have noticed and have not been able to troubleshoot away, yet, is that larger items tend to bunch up to one side during the spin cycle. The washer will turn off, almost immediately, and show a message to open and reposition the items. This will happen several times in a row before it is able to finish the spin cycle if you are not careful about what goes in the washer (blankets and sheets are usually the culprits).
