[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The connectivity features are great. I am learning where to set the controls to get clothes clean. I seem to have decent results with the high water setting. The large capacity of the tub is somewhat useless without a central agitator. The built in bottom agitator does not work well with a large load.

Easily Unbalanced During Spin Cycle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Washing bulky items like sheets and blankets they get twisted and contribute to an uneven load balance resulting in extreme wobbling of the tub and an eventual auto imbalance shutdown.

Impeller tangles clothes/not enough detergent

Since then it has tangled clothing with the impeller, left clothes dirty even though I set the correct detergent concentration, and shakes like one of those old fashioned fat burning devices with the belt shaking around your backside. If I put in a comforter, the thing bounces all around like it’s trying to escape and tells me to load balance. How do you load balance a single comforter? On the plus side, it looks really cool.
Wish you could take out the impeller. Wish it cleaned better. Wish it could load balance itself better.

Cool Features but a tad it misrepresented

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine works wonderfully for regular loads of clothes. However, the misrepresentation that its great to wash large comforters or blankets falls a tad bit short. Yes a large comforter or blanket can fit inside the machine beautifully, but the piece basically sits in the machine without moving while washing. Since there is no agitator the piece just sits weighted in water. The piece cannot move around freely because of the weight. The piece does not move around to loosen dirt on the piece. Other than that small representation this machine is awesome.

Noisy, Need to use less water for small loads

Hi just purchased a new built home in Green Valley, Az. The builder supplied this matching pair of washer/dryer as an incentive. I cannot seem to make the noise level less. It is so loud while filing up and takes so long I can hardly stand it. Also I am a single person and wash small loads. How can I get this machine to stop making noise and only use water for a small load. It fills to the top no matter load I put in.

Hard to balance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Washer does a good job at cleaning but a poor job at balancing. It shuts off repeatedly & starts over after making awful noises. We tried more water & smaller loads but its a battle with this machine. Other than this issue we are pleased with it
