We are Still getting used to the operation features. A lot has changed in 20 years

Soap Dispenser

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago and am disappointed in it. The Load and Go Dispenser is not working and I have to put the soap into the washtub. So not happy with thus washing machine. Will never buy another Whirlpool washing machine again.

I have had way too many issues with my old Samsung so I was looking for something that is simple. Not too much technology which seems to always cause issues. This machine works well and haven't had any issues. The load&go feature is very useful as well.

I am happy to conserve water, but there is the occassion when more water is a must for clean clothes. This washer allows me to adjust as needed. I love the capacity!! Actually, I love everything about it!!
