So many new features. Still learning

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had my old washer for 16 years. I love the agitator-less washer. Holds so much more. I am still learning about all the new features as washers have changed so much. But so far, it has been excellent. Have only had it about 2 weeks; thus, the 4 stars - but I'm sure it will be 5 stars as I get to know it better.

Good washer except one problem!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this washer. I admit, because of my height, I have to use a grabber to get the clothes in the bottom, but that isn’t a problem. It cleans my clothes very well.
The only problem comes with washing bulky stuff like towels and blankets. It has a tendency to unbalance a lot. Every load I have done, I have had to rearrange stuff at the rinse cycle. It’s a pain. If I don’t handle it right away it gives me a contact repair message. F09.

High tech features!

I washed a load of clothes as soon as it was installed. I love the features. I can just load and go... or tell it when to start washing... from an app! I really love my new washing machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought it a month ago and we have been fairly satisfied so far. The load and go feature is very convenient. Only concerns I have are the stabilizers for the drum make a lot of creaking noises during agitation and spin cycle, and my blankets get balled up a lot even when washing one at a time.
