Load unbalances too easily

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only problem is that you need to have two detergent trays, then you won't have to empty tray to use a different type of detergent, like woolite.

I have to figure out by trial and error or spend time hunting online to try and troubleshoot. Because there’re so many options, the washer is the most difficult to try and solve. issues. I love the dryer.
