[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I BOUGHT MY NEW WASHER ABOUT 2 MONTHS AGO AND ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT. THE AUTOMATIC SOAP DISPENSER IS AMAZING AND THE LAUNDRY IS SO CLEAN. I AM VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE SPIN ON THIS MACHINE. THE CLOTHES FEEL ALMOST DRY WHEN I TAKE THEM OUT. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS WASHER.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the washer, but cannot understand why a 2-3 hr soak time comes up every time I use it?? I have to stop it and then push wash options. It then starts okay and does a great job.

overall good machine

I do alot of washing of various types of clothes, towels, sheets, and bulk items like comforters , mattress pads, etc. For the most part the items come out very clean with minimal detergent use and water. I like that there are options for choosing how you would like to wash your items. I also like the "Load and Go" feature so you don't have to fill the dispenser with detergent everytime. However if the items, especially if they are a little heavy come into the middle of the machine, the machine stays on the "sensing" mode and doesn't budge. This happened a few times and I had to disconnect or cancel the cycle and then had to press the drain and spin button.The instructions are not detailed with very little explaination and there is nothing about troubleshooting. Otherwise than that the machine "s function is good. I also like the very big drum.

Lots of room for larger loads

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One great feature of this washer is that the washer stops running in the case of unbalanced loads. No more running to shut off a washer that is 'dancing' its way out of the laundry room.
