Break down.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the washer about a month and it broke down. Water started coming out of the bottom of the washer and flooded the laundry room floor. Now have to wait a week for repairs. Have to order parts. Only lasted a dozen or two washers. When the washer is working, it is great.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the Whirlpool pair for our new home. The features and intuitive controls make operating easy. The tub is cavernous, the touch controls are easy to figure our, the liquid soap dispenser is very cool---it dispenses the amount actually needed, not what I always thought was required. The prewash water faucet & brush is more than a gimmick. It's like having a laundry sink right in the room! It's quiet, balances loads effectively, and spins at a trillion RPM! Very happy we landed on this unit.
I would recommend this to a friend!
