Need help

Ordered this washer First week in May, it was delivered last week in June. I have had a lot of problems trying to figure out load and go, I have called whirl pool service center and have not had any help, It does not come with much of a manual like the old washers.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thus washing machine was purchased by my husband . I did not go with him . He wanted a top loading machine . It is a beautiful machine but I can not reach the bottom to take out my laundry .

Cleaner Clothes

Love the option to add extra water in both the washer and rinse cycle. I increase the water level each time
