Nice washer but.......

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Going from older whirlpool with tower agitator it's difficult to believe this washer gets clothes as clean. Of course using "new" soap and less water doesn't help that "feeling".
Washer could use additional sound absorbing material inside covers. Whirring sound carries a long way inside our house.
New auto soap dispenser is nice idea but I find it concerning that soap is actually being dispensed each wash along with a concern that ultimately the small lines within the dispenser will have a soap "harden" within the lines and cut down or stop dispensing completely . This 7120 washer provides no option for manual addition of soap.
Bought this washer because of touch panel as our old touch panel washer was very reliable BUT currently don't see the need to use the internet function. May be old fashioned but tend to think that washing clothes probably has worked well without the internet being involved but realize that's the "thing" these days.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer a couple months ago. The load and go feature is AMAZING! I didn’t think it would make that big of a deal but it really does, it’s nice to be able to load your clothes in the washer and just hit start!

I am hoping this washer last more than 4 years. I love the fact of the load and go feature, never waste laundry detergent again, and the water feature for pretreating stains great feature.

Confusing and Questionable Quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this machine a month ago. So far I’ve found that it’s not user friendly. There are too many unnecessary buttons to push for simple task. Additionally, I have to touch the power button several times before the machine will turn on.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
