Smart Washer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer a few weeks ago. I love the large stainless steel tub which allows me to wash sheets, blankets, and comforters as well as large loads of laundry. It senses how much detergent and water.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Washer

Top load washer handles large loads.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this to replace a 16 year old washer. This washer looks great and has a large drum and will wash even comforters and quilts. Has great features, but they don't work. The Load & Go was one of the features that I bought the machine for, only it doesn't work. The fabric softener dispenser only works part of the time. Takes a while to learn to use. Washes clothes well once you figure out how to use it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Wish it had met my expecations better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a good looking large capacity machine. I wanted a large capacity washer because I have a king size bed and wanted to make sure I bought a washer that could handle king size bedding and loads with bath rugs etc. as my old washer wasn't able to do that. Although it has some really nice features, for a large capacity washer it doesn't do larger loads well. It does not have the center agitator and I don't know if that is part of the issues but it gets off kilter and bangs around with larger loads that I didn't expect from a new model. I would not recommend this washer to someone who often has large loads of laundry to do. It also isn't a quiet model, now this does not bother me but I know some customers want a silent model.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice washer but.......

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Going from older whirlpool with tower agitator it's difficult to believe this washer gets clothes as clean. Of course using "new" soap and less water doesn't help that "feeling".
Washer could use additional sound absorbing material inside covers. Whirring sound carries a long way inside our house.
New auto soap dispenser is nice idea but I find it concerning that soap is actually being dispensed each wash along with a concern that ultimately the small lines within the dispenser will have a soap "harden" within the lines and cut down or stop dispensing completely . This 7120 washer provides no option for manual addition of soap.
Bought this washer because of touch panel as our old touch panel washer was very reliable BUT currently don't see the need to use the internet function. May be old fashioned but tend to think that washing clothes probably has worked well without the internet being involved but realize that's the "thing" these days.
