Love the size of this washer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love how big this washer is!! My very thick comforter fits, so no more trips to the laundromat. The load and go feature is awesome! Makes it so fast to start the next load of laundry!

Poor instructions

Two loads and had to unplug or reboot, pill of junk. Wished we could take it back. Dealer here but no service within 100 miles.

Unacceptable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my washer late March. I am not happy with washing towels and one set of sheets and when they are finished, they are all tangled together and a mess to get apart.

Think twice before purchasing this model

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the washing machine less than a month ago and Whirlpool is coming out for a repair this week. We called= the manufacturer and spoke with two different Customer Service departments to help trouble shoot. Both Customer Service Reps were helpful, patient and professional, however neither could successfully identify the issue over the phone. The load n go feature is not working and hasn't worked propertly since using the machine the first time. Maybe our machine is a lemon and other consumers have had better luck. We are disappointed with this particular product because of the fact that it isn't working as intended and it is less than a month old. Hopefully, the service technician will be able to make the repair. Would not purchase again.

Never hated a washer more

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You have no control of the amount of water. The clothes do not get clean or thoroughly wet for that matter. Takes longer to wash. 3 weeks in and I just bought a normal, traditional set.

Deep wash drum

Best Washer We Have Own
