Great Features and Overall Copacity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our new is so much more than expected, very easy to use and does one great job with cleaning clothes from a Normal mode or Quick Wash. I especially like the option that if you forget to turn on the unit you can set it off by remotely from your smartphone.

Spacious

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer is very spacious. I do love the option of adding detergent enough for 20 loads. Only thing I don’t care for is the sound. I thought at first something was wrong with it but I guess is just getting used to it.

Frustrating

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the washer less than a month ago and I am having a difficult time with the fiber softener. I use fiber softer however it does not appear to do you use doing the wash and I am trying to figure out exactly what I'm doing wrong. It also seems to be taking a long time for the wash to load with water. I have never owned a whirlpool washer no dryer before so maybe this is a learning curve. So I will continue to learn how to use these appliances unless the frustration takes over.
