It may be improved such as bigger interface screen, option to choose remote as default setting, slightly bigger door, built-in bubble level, leveled instead of sloped top, include a 1-page quick run instructions, collapsible filter housing to allow deep vacuuming

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Whirlpool’s quality standards have seemed to have fallen. I purchased a washer and dryer to replace my older whirlpool cabrio washer and dryer. In the store they looked nice. First thing I noticed after installing was the micro scratches all over the top. For a new dryer the finish seems poor. After drying a few loads the vent warning came on. After checking the whole vent pipe which was clean I found that the lint catch only catches about 75% of the lint. The rest falls off into the bottom of the slot where the trap slides in and out. I had to by a telescopic lint brush to clean it out every few cycles. Why they went back to the flat trap when the older trap caught everything baffles me. Other than that the dryer does dry my clothes fine. As expected. I do like the option to check the status and control the washer and dryer from my phone instead of walking downstairs to check.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

AWESOME DRYER~

Dryer came defected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I moved Into a new construction home and the dryer was dented and did not work. I contacted Whirlpool multiple times and they did not want to replace my dryer. They only wanted to fix it. I told them that I wanted a new one because that’s what I paid for. They refused to replace the dryer. I’ve been with a non-working dryer for 4 weeks now with no solution.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
