Poor Quality Control

Base of charger was completely broken off. Charger was useless. Returned for replacement or refund but haven’t heard anything yet. If I don’t hear from Therabody soon I’ll be reversing the charges. Poor QC.

This is the second PRO

This is the second PRO model I have purchased (gen 1 when it first came out was 1st and still going strong). Noticeably quieter with increased functions. Very happy with the strength and durability of the product. Compression level is fantastic. Another well built product.
