Optimistically cautiously hopeful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a replacement after having the first one quit 3 different times over a two year period. It was finally deemed unrepairable and we were able to get a replacement through the extended warranty. I am fearful that this one will give us the same problems as there are many similar reviews from consumers. I had hoped we could have gotten a completely different unit. Time will tell. Check back with me in a year :)

excess moisture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] need to wipe down the interior with paper towels, and can wring out a cup or more. Reviewed owners manual, indeed had some food packages too close to the air vents indicated. Improvement, but even with very clear and open pathways for air circulation as they show, still way too much moisture buildup inside on the ceiling, the food packages, and shelves.
