Do not buy

I purchased this fridge in September 2019. Within four months, the fridge condenser and coolant stopped working. Regretfully, others' reviews did not deter me from purchasing this fridge. I implore you: Take them to heart! Although the fridge has neat features, it actually doesn't work. My family (with infant children!!!) ate out of this fridge for weeks--and although it deceitfully said it was 34 degrees, it was actually 60 degrees. It's a miracle that we did not get sick from food poisoning. To be sure, over the course of weeks, we threw out several hundred dollars worth of primarily meat and dairy products, thinking that it was the grocery store's bad food. Finally, we placed a thermometer in the fridge and realized, "The fridge is room temperature!" Not only is this a faulty fridge; it is also dangerous and should be recalled immediately. I will be putting in a consumer report and will urge local and national officials to ban this fridge from the shelves. Unfortunately, Whirlpool has lost my trust as a manufacturer and I strongly suggest that you avoid it all costs. I wish I would have listened to the chorus of individuals and families who had negative reviews of this product.

Awesome features!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Drawers in the freezer keep the compact space very organized. Shelves in the fresh food compartment are very easy to adjust and very accommodating for different heights of containers. Door swing was very easy to change. Over a great product!

Great 24-inch Refridgerator

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Bought this for our office kitchen...what a great low profile fridge. I was surprised how roomy the inside was for such a small fridge. The overall interior design/layout of shelving is brilliant. The door shelves are easily adjustable for various size bottles/cartons...genius!! The only thing I wish this fridge had was a pull out freezer drawer instead of door. But that "wish" doesn't affect my rating nor the functionality of this little powerhouse fridge. All the functions are great...love the "away" mode.

Freezer Drawers are "Cheap"

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is exactly what we wanted for 2 people, couldn't find one anywhere, so only could go by pictures. This unit arrived damaged, no fault of Whirlpool, however, the shelves are hard to install as the door only opens to 90 degrees, which once in place, is not an issue. The issue is with the freezer, 2 very tiny drawers, not sure why, and the cheap plastic drawers are very difficult to open all the way, they hit the door. Terrible design, the doors should at a minimum open 95 degrees, 105 degrees would be ideal. Overall, this seems like a good product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After a 5-month wait, it finally arrived. It was worth the wait, for precisely in the kitchen space. Works great and quiet. Let’s hope it works well this decade. Great for small spaces!! Spacious and tall enough with decent storage top and bottom.
