Great design, disappointing performance…

This came with my new home …. It gave out within 2 weeks! Trying to coordinate with my home warranty as I don’t know where the manufacturer’s warranty information is… first repair technician couldn’t fix it, have to get a second opinion before I can replace it. Have been without a working fridge for a month…
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Huge pile of crap.. fiest it stop cooling and after 5000 calls to whirlpool they send a guy then it kinda worked ans he suggested I get a new fridge lol. Now it just freezes everything in cooler and freezer .. do not buy anything whirlpool.. you will regret it..garbage products

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator is quite loud. There is a humming, similar to loud fluorescent lights that continues on and off, so I am assuming when the cooling mechanism (compressor?) kicks in. I have a technician from Kettle Moraine Appliances, where I purchased the unit, scheduled to come out on Wednesday to take a listen.
