We've had the range for a month. We're just exploring the capabilities of the different oven modes but the stovetop is exceptional to use--very fast when you want that and very adjustable for lower temperature cooking.

Beautiful range that works great. The induction cooktop is powerful and easy to clean. The oven functions are useful. We enjoy the classic controls and style. The one major drawback so far has been oven noise. There is a fan that runs whenever you use the oven in any mode. It's quite loud, similar to a fume hood on medium. The fan runs for up to 30 minutes after using the oven which for me is pretty annoying. It really puts a damper on my enjoyment of an otherwise realy nice range.

We’re sorry to hear the oven fan noise has been taking away from the experience. The cooling fan is designed to run during and after cooking to help manage internal temperatures and protect the electronics, which is why it can continue running for a period of time after the oven is turned off. That said, we understand how the noise level could feel intrusive, especially when everything else about the range has been such a positive experience.
