When the double ovens work they are a pleasure to use. They look great. The User Interface is well designed. The racks glide smoothly.
However, from the first day the upper oven often errored, indicating the door was not closed when it actually was. This prevented the oven from heating. It required a service call.
Shortly after, the display indicated error F102 (bad clock board). This rendered both ovens unusable. We are waiting on another service call to resolve this.
We owned a Fisher & Paykel double oven in our previous home and we were anxious to put one in our new home. The old ovens worked flawlessly for several years. The new ovens have now failed twice in the first year.
The quality so far has proved very disappointing.
