This is my first induction range. It heats fast. Boiling water very fast. The induction technology takes awhile to get used to, especially learning to regulate the temperature of the heating surfaces. The electric oven is fantastic. It bakes very evenly. Lots of different settings.

My kitchen restoration started out with a microwave gone bad and ended up with a remodel of the kitchen. I looked at many ranges at multiple stores with a focus on the modern Induction ranges that are now on the market. These are relatively new to the market and range in price and quality. After speaking with a trusted retailer, I narrowed down to the Wolf and Fisher and Paykel models. After looking at the models, I had to decide between stainless, or a color and the traditional Fisher & Paykel style or the modern version. What really sealed my decision was the style(s) of the Fisher and Paykel including the color of the oven, the interior size and the sliding oven racks, the warning drawer, and the fact that I had traditional knobs vs. a touch screen. I have had the oven for over a month and love the decision I made. Everything has worked our well and I am very glad that I went with this model.
