Both range and oven faulty - turn off randomly

Induction burners turn off randomly. The quick boil feature stays on for about 30 seconds and then the burner turns completely off. It is completely useless, and it is more efficient just to bring water to boil on "9." Compared to our old stove heat the new 6 is equivalent to the old 4, so we paid a bunch of money for a stove that doesn't get as hot. Also, the oven, though it has many cool features, forgets to heat back up to the required temperature after you open it. You have to turn it off and then back on again to remind it to get back up to temp.

This range is absolutely gorgeous. The styling and quality of the workmanship is wonderful. I find it very easy to operate, and the induction cook top is perfect. Boiling water takes a very short time. I would highly recommend this range. LOVE IT!!!!!!
