We are enjoying our new 30” dual fuel range. This is our second range from DCS (Fisher & Paykel). The oven preheats very quickly. Very nice function of the oven. Love the oven racks. They slide in & out of the oven easily. The range burners are what you come to expect from Fisher & Paykel performance. At the time of this review if we had a “Con” it would be that we missed the full stainless steel top around the burners. Not a fan of the current coating. It will scratch easily if not careful removing and replacing the burner grates. We have not had the need to utilize the self-clean function for the oven. It’s just as easy and quicker to wipe out any spills.

One month in and I’m really loving this unit. Granted, I’d been stuck on an electric for several years after buying this house with no gas line options, so getting to cook with propane again has been a dream.
As for the stove, it’s really great. If there’s one thing I’d like to see improved it would be the markings on the burner dials. What’s there is limited to lite and simmer and nothing in between. When using several burners at once it’d be nice to look down at the knob’s to check my temps instead of lifting pans to look at the flames each time.
