WEBSITE PHOTO DID NOT MATCH WHAT WAS RECEIVED

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] BOUGHT THREE OF THESE FOR OUR BUSINESS. WHEN THEY ARRIVED THEY WERE NOT THE SAME SPECS AS ADVERTISED ON THE WEB SITE. THE MONITOR PORTS WERE DIFFERENT VGA PORT WAS SHOWN IN THE SPECS OF THE PRODUCT AND IN THE BACK VIEW OF THE TOWER. WE HAD TO PURCHASE ADAPTERS TO MAKE OUR VGA MONITORS TO WORK PLUS PAY OUR COMPUTER TECH ANOTHER DAY TO COME BACK AFTER WE ORDERED THE MONITOR ADAPTERS. THE COMPUTERS ARE NOW SET UP AND WORKING NICELY. MY ONLY COMPLAINT IS THEY WEBSITE DID NOT MATCH THE PRODUCT RECEIVED.

Some disapointments!

I have been happy with this unit until lately. I wanted to print some pictures of my wife's funeral, and discovered that it does not have an SD Slot so I could print my photos. It has begun to "Black Out". It will work fine, and then all of a sudden the screen goes completely dark and in a few seconds it returns to when it left off.
