-Looks great and cooks/bakes great but takes some getting use to... Need to preheat oven and pans for good while and take VERY longtime to cool down after use.

OVEN MAKES A BUZZING NOISE

Stove top burners work fine, but like the other reviews on Home Depots site, the oven does indeed make a LOUD buzzing noise. To be honest, I'm surprised these are passing QC in the factory. Verified 240 volts into the range as well, so the problem is indeed in the oven itself.

Still waiting on my replacement stove. 1 element does not work and the fan in loud. Love the stove -just wish it worked.

Hello I want to tell you my story with Best Buy. I bought 2 household items. Best Buy ships them to me with a carrier. The transporter arrives in an intriguing condition. He appears to be under the influence. I notice it but I say maybe not. He assembles the equipment and refuses to take old equipment from the previous tenant. On the other hand, in the conversation with the salespeople, nothing said that we should be careful about other than moving the old equipment. He then refuses to take the equipment. To avoid having two pieces of equipment and cluttering up the kitchen and the living room, this hi could harm my 2 year old daughter and her movement, especially in the living room, we asked the transporter to take back the equipment. The transporter is acting in a strange and very bizarre way. We understand that he is under the influence. I decide to ask for a refund and Bestbuy tells us we have to go to the store. As for the same order we went to the store more than three times because of other errors, we were afraid of reprisals. At the moment, nobody has called us for 8 days and our order is still with the carrier. We don't know what to do. Thank you Bestbuy

Great stove for the price

This is a great stove! We find the oven a bit hotter than previous ovens we have had but it’s a welcome change; it just means cooking at a bit lower than recommended setting and the watching the timing. The slide in is a must - so nice to have the knobs at the front!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Seal is ripped

The seal is ripped on the oven upon arrival; I called the first day and we have the extended warranty however Best Buy hasn’t followed up with the repair.
The stove is great other than the issue with the seal.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very flimsy oven racks and overall a feel of cheaper quality.

The temperature fluctuates as well and I am finding it hard to cook with.
