Not so sure.

Last week I found 2 machine screws in the bottom of the oven space. Now I need to have someone come out and find where they came from? Are they extras? Are more going to fall out? Seems like their quality control is poor. Also, we had a glass top before that was much easier to clean.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Wish I'd Shopped Around

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this range for about 1 month and I have to say I wish I'd looked around more. I didn't realize this model doesn't have a timed baking feature where I can set the oven to come on at a certain time and bake for a set length of time. (That's my fault.) I'm not a big fan of the cook top as, in my opinion, it always looks bad. I have to use the heavy duty cream cleaner after every time I use the cook top to keep it from looking nasty. I can't just wipe it off, I have to use the cleaner. I've had an issue with the oven and preheat indicator lights not coming on every time.
On the up side, I do like the quick boil burner and the variable sized burner. I wish the range had more stainless steel and not so much black.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Sibv, I am glad to hear you are enjoying the range. However, I am sad to hear of your frustration with the clock and timer functions. I would like to try to help. To set the clock: Press the “Set Clock” button once (do not hold the set clock key down). Within 5 seconds (quickly), press and hold the up arrow key or down arrow key, until the time of day you want it set to appears in the green digital display window (page 23). To use the timer: Press the “Timer on-off” button. This press will increase the timer one minute at a time for each press of the button. Press and hold to increase the time in 10-minute increments. The timer can be set for any amount of time from 1 minute to 11 hours and 59 minutes. When the set timer ends, the timer will beep three times and will continue to beep three times every minute until “Timer on-off” is pressed (page 24). I hope this helped! Nice features, don't like stove top

Oven cooks fast

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The stovetop works great, although the two large front burners blow steam directly on my cabinets even with the overhead fan on. Oven cooks things faster than it should. For example, following a recipe, I baked a cake 350 degrees for 29-32 min. I checked the cake at 20min to find the edges burned and inside not done. Everything I cook is that way. I have wasted a lot of food using this oven.

Convection Oven Is Noisy

As part of a kitchen renovation, I bought this oven in January this year. Adjusting to an electric oven after many years of being devoted to gas has been a process, but I'm getting the hang of it. I do like how quickly the burners heat up and the very practical keep warm middle burner. I gave this product only two stars because when I turn on the convection oven feature, it sounds like a small plane is taking off. This roaring persists through the total cooking time. It does lessen some once the oven completely reaches the entered temperature, but only slightly.

Convection cooking uses a fan to circulate hot air around the oven and food. It browns food more evenly and reduces hot spots in the oven. This fan will continue to blow the hot air out of the oven after the oven has been turned off, in order to assist in the cooling process to safeguard the electronic components. Messy glass top!

Made the wrong choice! With the glass top being black it shows every little thing! I can not keep it clean. I followed the recommendations of using glass top cleaner and even this is difficult to manage!
