Nice, but surface gets HOT!

I like the range, it’s very sharp looking, and matches the other Frigidaire appliances I bought. As another reviewer mentioned, it takes a long time to preheat the oven. Most concerning though is that the range top surface gets very hot when you use the oven! The longer the oven is on, the hotter the surface gets, to the point of being too hot to touch with a bare hand.

Just a concern...I think!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When using the oven, it smokes through the door and the left back range eye. Is that normal? It doesn't always do it. Just concerned. Not sure if I'm loosing valuable heat. I purchased it this past March (if that matters)

Scratches too easily

I pretreated just like the directions suggest and I am not a heavy cooker so it sucks to have scratches after the first use. Very disappointing.

I understand that you have followed the instructions given regarding pre-treating your glass cooktop. Please note that you should always handle your cooktop with care. The cooktop should not be used as a cutting board or work surface. Remember to always lift cookware before moving on the ceramic glass cooktop and that only flat-bottomed cookware should be used. Cannot Get Service

Something happened the first time I tried to use this appliance and it has not worked since. I have tried calling but continue to get the run around.

Worst Black Top Stove Ever

The stove top is terrible and never looks clean. I use the right products too. I spend all my time cleaning it. I hate this and so disappointed.

Temp is way off. Insulation falling out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have cycled this oven about 10 times and out my oven thermometer in. Set the oven at 375 and the thermometer read 451. Put all three of thermometers in and all were within 3-5 degrees. Went into the menu option and set at -50 degrees. Set the oven at 375 and got a reading of 410. Had the repairman come out and he couldn't diagnose.
The first time I opened and closed the door a 8" x 2" or so piece of insulation came out and laid diagonal across the inner glass of the oven door.

Your appliance has been factory calibrated and tested to ensure an accurate baking temperature. For the first few uses, follow your recipe times and temperature recommendations carefully. If you think the oven is cooking too hot or too cool for your recipe times, you can adjust the control, so the oven cooks hotter or cooler than the temperature displayed. Step by step instructions on how to adjust the temperature can be found under the “Setting Oven Controls” portion of your Use and Care Guide. Remember, do not use oven thermometers such as those found in grocery stores to check the temperature settings inside your oven. These oven thermometers may vary as much as 20 to 40 degrees from actual temperatures. If you are still having issues with the temperature of your oven, contact us directly for assistance. It looks nice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This range looks very nice. I am disappointed for the price of this range it doesn’t have delayed baking. The convection fan is noticeably louder than my previous 2 ranges however I think that feature works better. I was just really disappointed about the lack of delayed oven control. I didn’t even think to ask about that feature while shopping, as less expensive models have it.
