Love it except...keeping that stovetop clean!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So we bought this from a trusted neighborhood dealer and it all arrived in time for Thanksgiving. Between the holidays and all, we've done a LOT of cooking! It has been great so far - the quick boil, the oven features, all worked super for our meals and cookies!. My ONE concern - and it's a common one - is that with all this cooking, it's hard to keep the glass stovetop clean. Otherwise, we're very happy.

some minor issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this range overall, and the convection feature works wonderfully. However I called for service back in November and a new oven door gasket was to be ordered. Now it seems I have dropped off of the earth.

Finish on stove top

Prior to using your cooktop for the first time, it is important to apply a ceramic cooktop cleaning cream (available on our Frigidaire website and in most hardware, grocery and department stores) to the ceramic surface. This will help prevent scratches and marks across your cooktop. To avoid future scratches, clean and buff with a clean paper towel. This will make cleaning easier when soiled from cooking. Cooktop cleaning creams leave a protective finish on the glass to help prevent scratches and abrasions. It is also important to handle the cooktop carefully by moving pots and pans by lifting them directly off of the cooktop versus sliding them across. We hope that this information is useful to you. Cooks good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Still getting use to the cooking temperatures, cooks faster and hotter than my last range. I like some of the features. I do not like this glass cook top at all! It is very hard to clean. It scratches easily and it never gets come completely clean. I use the recommended pots and pans to cook with and the proper cleaning products as specified in the instruction manual and still does not clean up well. Very disappointing.

Overall Highly Recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this for Christmas and absolutely love it. Quick boil feature on the stove top works wonders for a quick meal. Also love the convection option of the oven. Cooks so much better than my outdated stove that was in the house I bought.
DO NOT place aluminum foil on the oven bottom. Learned the hard way, even though it’s clearly written across the bottom of the oven.
