Great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love everything about the range except it takes time everytime we use the stovetop to clean it. It shows spots, water spots, and any grease so easily. We have to clean it after every use. Everything shows on the black surface.

Functions with a few deficiencies

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After the very first time I used it, the oven didn't completely clean a small spill with both the steam clean and the oven self-clean options. The storage drawer does not operate smoothly. The stove does function well to cook & bake.

Hi, Anna Lee! I am sorry to hear the spot did not come clean in your oven. You should remove any excessive spills once the oven is cool. Any spills on the oven bottom should be wiped-up and removed before starting the self-cleaning cycle. To clean, use hot, soapy water and a cloth. Large spills can cause heavy smoke or fire when subjected to high temperatures. Do not allow food spills with a high sugar or acid content (such as milk, tomatoes, sauerkraut, fruit juices, or pie filling) to remain on the surface as they may leave a dull spot even after cleaning. If you continue to experience issues with the drawer not sliding correctly, please call us directly at 1-888-203-1389 M-F from 8a-8p or Sat from 9a-6p EST. ~ Brandi

High hopes

Too much work

It's okay

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this range for about 6 weeks and not had any problems. The stove top is not easy to clean and we've had 6 other ranges with the ceramic top that were not difficult to keep clean.
We like the warming burner and the small/large option on the front right burner.
The smudge-proof stainless is nice.
The bottom draw sticks, making it difficult to pull out.

Clean and buff with a clean paper towel. This will make cleaning easier when soiled from cooking. Cooktop cleaning creams leave a protective finish on the glass to help prevent scratches and abrasions. You are able to locate additional cleaning tips on page 35 in the Use and Care Guide.
Also, a tip that can assist with your drawer concern, is to ensure that the drawer is aligned properly, for easier gliding.

Hard to clean

Somewhat disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looks nice enough but... Heat indicator light is on the right, even if it's the left that's hot. Elements perform ok, quick boil nothing special. The oven seems to cook quickly at lower temps, but average at higher temp. This replaces an Amana and that cooktop cleaned easily and always looked good. This cooktop seems thin, cheap and even the smallest spills are a challenge to remove. The drawer is a poor design and function. Cheap aluminum track barely supports empty drawer much less with pans in it. Amana held 7-8 pans this has to be carefully opened with just 3.
