It's quick, easy to use, customizable, and overall my favorite phone yet. 10 out of 10 would recommend. Additionally the camera is phenomenal!!

An Upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The s20+ was definitely an upgrade from s9+ with many features. I love the moon zoom camera feature. That was a big feature to have. Only keeping the phone steady long enough to take the picture. Maybe if it had a lock on feature. I also love the super fast charging of the battery. It takes a short time to get a full charge. It's really helpful when you need a fully charged phone quick to make sure the phone is ready for anything you need in the moment. I think a neat feature could go along way if there was two batteries that have the same power but smaller to fit both. And they both would be on and running but once the first battery gets juiced the second one takes power. And as you charge the dead battery. Your running off the full battery. Making a more efficient phone charge. The interface could be more professional and playful. Like less steps to get to what your wanting the phone to do like instead of holding down the icon in the notification panel and it takes you to wifi "EX" a small drop down tab could slide down pushing notifications down to access the wifi list. And ect. Other icons. More ways to make the phone yours not look like another Samsung phone. Not just themes but away to customize the look of the phone. I love dark mode it does seem to help the battery. I think if the option to choose more colors like a dark blue or purple. More ways to change the feel of the device keeps the experience more live. As I mentioned before the s20+ was an upgrade from my previous phone and I think bringing new updates that brings the phone new features keeps that upgrade feeling. Even for the user to lock features they want to keep. Allowing the user to have more control over the phone. Over all a great phone and love the new features. And hope to see more greatness happening with samsung smartphones.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded from galaxy 9 plus and it wasn't doing much of what I needed. I was so excited to find out that just my galaxy 9 had an SD card slot. And my s 20 plus 5g did as well.i am now running out of space to download amongst anything and it seems the camera has decreased in quality, especially shooting video in the dark.
