Very loud

This range hood is super loud even on low, and there are only two settings - loud or even louder.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Noise levels and air flow poor

This is a terrible range hood. It is very loud and doesn’t remove cooking odors! We made a mistake buying it!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not worth buying

We were given a choice when we purchased our home and chose this unit assuming that being a whirlpool this would be a good appliance and it turned out to be very loud and with as loud as it is it does not have enough suction to clear out the steam/smell coming from underneath.
