So much to love!

This double oven replaced a lemon from another manufacturer, so my impressions a little skewed because of that experience, but I think anyone would fall in love with this oven.
If the oven has hot spots, I haven't discovered them. It's a breeze to set, and that's coming from someone who didn't read the manual. It's intuitive enough that most users won't need to read about how to use it.
I was afraid the top-lighting would make the rest of the oven dark, but in reality, the majority of the time I'm only using one rack and it's perfect.
For me, the biggest pro is that it's quiet - quiet when heating up, quiet when cooking, and quiet when cooling down. I appreciate the prompts on my phone from the app, and you can turn the oven on and change the temperature using the app. The soft close doors take time to adjust to, but they are a huge improvement.
After using it several times, I've found the camera isn't essential. It takes time to connect the app and the oven to stream the camera, and it's faster to look through the glass.
There are a couple of cons. Because the racks are enameled so they can stay in the oven during self-cleaning (yay), you get 3 mini squeeze bottles of graphite lubricant for the parts that touch the sides of the oven. Because I haven't read the manual, I discovered when I tried to reposition a rack that the graphite is essential.
The second con is the construction of the rolling rack. It takes about 1 1/2 inches of space under the rack, and it you want to use both racks, the one underneath is a bear to slide things on and off of. If you move the top rack up, it's not going to be centered in the oven, and if you're like me, you won't realize you need to adjust the racks before you preheat the oven. I had an oven before that had metal racks that slid into the sides of the oven and the racks glided on them. It was a pain to remove those side pieces when it was time to self clean, but I prefer that kind of rack system now that I've used the one in my new ovens.
I looked at a lot of ovens, some twice the price, before deciding on this GE Profile. I am so glad I decided on it - in six weeks of heavy use I haven't had a second of buyer's remorse.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worth waiting for!

I’m very happy with my new double oven. It has all the features I could ever want. I love the new modern look. Because of the supply chain shortages that we are all experiencing, we did have to wait a little while but it was well worth the wait! I find it very handy to keep an eye on my food cooking without opening the door thanks to the built in camera. Can’t help but show off a little by posting delicious pictures like this prime rib roast.

This oven has it all and is amazing. The air-fryer is and smart home features is our family favorite. We easily connected the oven to our Google smart home (nest). The oven is elegant and has style. What a great product, highly suggest.

I just remodeled my kitchen and wanted a double oven. I am beyond excited with all the features both ovens offer. I do quite a bit of cooking, so this double oven is the best! The air fryer is amazing.

This product was installed a month ago and camera is still not working. I’ve spent hours on the phone and many emails back and forth with GE to no avail. Regret this purchase

Highly recommend this oven for perfect cooking

I waited until I had this oven for 6 months before I wrote my review, since I had read some reviews that reported problems and I wanted to make sure how my double ovens preformed before evaluating them. It cooks perfectly and in this time I have learned how to use the air fry and the precision cooking which is very new to me. To give you a bit of history, I love to cook and have been doing so for many years. Most of my friends feel like they have gone to a restaurant when they come to my home. So, I have many recipes in my repetoire that I have cooked in my new ovens. The biggest difference is the fast time to preheat, or in the airfry and precision cooking where I do not preheat. The temperature probe works fine, even after I used the self clean,(of course I removed the probe and the racks during that process). The racks slide out smoothly, although I did have one that was a bit askew, I used the grapite dust that was given to me in a little bottle during installation and that has fixed the rack. I also have used the app with the camera to keep track of the temperature of the food in my oven and to check on the food, to make sure it is not burning on the edges. This is nice because it gives me more time with my company instead of jumping up to go back to the kitchen and check on the progress of the food. Most importantly, these ovens cook my food just the way I want with even cooking, no hot or cold spots in the oven. I highly recommend you buy these ovens. I do not work for GE nor was I paid for my review.

Looks gorgeous in our kitchen. The touchpad is very nice. It is easy to clean. We really feel it does a great job especially using the convection features.
Great features and it cooks very nice. Seems to warm up quickly and the convection part gives good results. We love the oven overall and it should have been a solid 5 stars. My wife likes the fact she can put 2 full size cookie sheets in for a total of 4 when using the oven.
I would give it 5 stars plus BUT I cannot get the Wifi to connect which means we lose features. I am an IT professional so believe me when I say this part is not done well as it fails to connect when I follow the instructions perfectly.
The interface should allow you to connect directly to your Wifi by searching for it and putting in your WiFi password on the GE Profile itself. Then you should be able to see the IP address and browse to it on your phone or webpage from a computer. There is no reason that app then could not look for the device on your network and connect to it. This would be soooo simple.
Instead it has you connect to a Wifi network on the oven. Why not have the Wifi network be something simple by the way like: GE Oven WiFi? Instead it has a bunch of numbers that seem unintuitive. That is a minor annoyance but sometimes I think they should just think these things through as some users might find it confusing. Once connected it wants you to tell it what your home network is with password. At this point it will fail to connect after repetitive attempts. I am sure that this will not be an issue for everyone but it definitely is something to consider when purchasing if you are excited about seeing the camera on your phone or controlling it through the app.
