TOP FREEZER NO LIGHT

All of the top freezer refrigerators including this one DO NOT have a light in the freezer. I find that odd.

Poor Longevity

1 star for appearance and capacity. 1 star for keeping food cold for a year. No more stars, since the temperature fluctuates above 50 degrees and needs to be serviced shortly after the warranty expires.

We want to help with your refrigerator not cooling properly.
The first place we recommend checking is the door seal. You will want to look for any obstructions or gaps where air can be entering or escaping. Also, be mindful that large containers in back may block the flow of cold air and adversely affect the temperatures in the refrigerator. Move tall items forward so they don't block the air flow.

Freezer door flaw

The capacity, cooling and efficiency is very good. I would have rated this product as 5 stars but there is one issue with this refrigerator. The freezer door opens when i shut the refrigerator door. The pressure generated when closing the door forces the freezer door to open.

We also really love the cooling efficiency and capacity this model provides. It cane be normal to notice the freezer door pop open when the other door is being closed. These sections are connected by air channels to allow air to pass between them.
