Nice secondary refrigerator

Good secondary refrigerator.
Easy to move around in the garage.
The downside is that if you put alot of items in the refrigerator, you have to bump the thermostat up to at least a 4 to keep temperature at or bel04 40 degrees. You can't run it on a recommended setting of 3 if you put alot of items in the refrigerator.

limits on a medium sized rer.rigerator

We bought this model as a bridge between our old frig, that stopped working unexpectedly, and the new that will take two months to be delivered. This model makes it difficult to separate different types of food. Also, if you are taller than average height, reaching down to the boot drawer is an issue.

We bought this to replace our 23 year old Hotpoint fridge that was in our garage as a second unit. The old fridge was a 21 cubic foot size and this is a 19 cubic size. Doesn't sound like a big difference, but the freezer section is much smaller. However, not a big deal because we mainly use this as an extra fridge/freezer to supplement our in house unit. Also noteworthy, this fridge was advertised as "garage ready" which means it was made to withstand the temperature changes seen in a garage vs. in house. I would not recommend this for inside the house as it is a bit noisy. So far, the fridge is working well and we are happy with it. Hope we can get 23 years out of it like the Hotpoint!
