Quiet and flexible

Great product, runs quiet and I like the feature to move the drawer attached to the top shelf. Also the gallon door storage feature is very handy.

I was attracted to the slate color

This unit replaced my 33 year old almond colored GE 17.7 cu ft which was failing because of the compressor. The old one had a textured door and "wheat" embossed glass shelves. This one is very plain. The interior of the new one measures 1 inch smaller in width & also in depth. I know the freezer is slightly larger but not enough to matter to me. If my old fridge was operational I would bring it back in a heart beat!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love my garage frig!!

I purchased a refrigerator for my garage. This refrigerator actually was meant for the garage! I purchased it online, delivery was fine and prompt.

Freezer won't maintain temperature

I'm very disappointed--freezer setting is on 5, and the freezer temperature will not stay at or near 0. It's going up to 10 degrees before it starts running--I'm now waiting for my second service call from the retailer, who gave the unhelpful advice of "if food isn't thawing, it's fine." I wanted a different model, but after waiting 2 months with no delivery date, I agreed to pay more for this model--a decision I regret.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Please keep in mind temperature measurements in the fresh food and freezer compartments should never be made of the air. Air temperature fluctuates during defrost and during door openings. not cold enough

Works great when garage gets cold

The title says it all. This refrigerator and freezer works when it gets cold in the garage. My other fridge stopped freezing when the garage got cold, this one works great.

Garage fridge

We got this fridge for our garage. Drinks are kept in the fridge and ice cream/popsicles in the freezer. Everything is staying good and cold. The only reason I have it a 4 star and not 5 is because the freezer door pops open when you close the fridge door quite frequently.
