NOT COOL...

THIS MODEL WAS LOW-END SO I DIDN'T OVEREXPECT, BUT DISAPPOINTED THAT IT DOESN'T AT LEAST STAY COOL. THREE DAYS AFTER DELIVERY, THE OUTSIDE OF THE UNIT WAS COLDER THAN THE INSIDE. MAINTAINING A REASONABLE TEMPERATURE IS A CHALLENGE...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It runs constantly and has to be set at the coldest setting to keep it at a safe food storage temp.

If your GE refrigerator runs constantly, first check its temperature settings. If the internal temperature is set too high, the refrigerator has to run constantly to keep cool. GE recommends setting the refrigerator's internal temperature within the range of 34-42℉ and the freezer between -5-8℉

Feature I didn't like

Shelf space reduced due to the enlarged door shelves. Harder to reach item on the shelves since they have been shortened. Great for kids but not for older adults to bend down and reach way back to retrieve an item on a shelf especially if it is toward the back of the shelf.
