Never been this disappointed in an appliance

The top freezer door pops open all the time. It does not stay closed if it is closed too hard or soft. It also pops open if the bottom door is closed too hard. With teens in my house, even though they know to be careful, we have lost so much food due to freezer door being wide open all night long. There is also no light in the freezer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This replaces our previous GE refrigerator. Huge freezer compared to our side-by-side. Looking forward to many years of usefulness.

Our old refiderator died, a much older model, not a lot of space, old light bulb etc. This one has way more space, beautiful new LED lighting inside, and so much more space in not just the fridge but the freezer as well. Very happy with this new one

I bought the refrigerator via an online, big box, low price store. They installed it and took the old refrigerator away. (The old refrigerator was 25 years old, and was giving us warnings that it was about to "retire" - with or without our consent.) The only downside so far is that it is noisy.
I would recommend this to a friend!
