Plastic start melting.

The plastic part close to my earbud start "melting" and become sticky...
Even regular finger nail can "cut" into the medal part when you try to pull if off ear after use.

I love music and without an audio jack was hesitant to get the new S20 but was happy to learn that these headphones were included with the phone. Sounded great and worked well, for about a month. The right earphone was not wired properly or something and is now barely audible compared to the left, making these essentially a left only pair of earbuds which is really annoying especially since I cannot just use regular headphone jack headphones. Dissapointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

i came here to buy this again since i really liked them, they came with my note20ultra and the right side stopped working out of nowhere after just a few days of being used, after reading some reviews, i can see everyone is having the same issue again and again, one side stops working, samsung should take this obviously damage headphones out of the market and send the customers new ones, this is embarrassing for such a great company. disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i loved the akg headphones with the 9 and 10 but i've gone through 2 separate usb c headphones in a month's time! they just stopped working mid phone conversation. when i pulled the second pair out they were super hot!

Poor fitting and low volume

these came with my s20 5g. they sound good but you have to have the volume up to at least half if not more to actually hear the music. tried them on a plane trip and could barely hear my music with them all the way up. can't charge phone while using these earphones as only charging port is taken.
also after 2 hours of using these while in the airport waiting for flight my ears began hurting and were sore for rest of day. my 2 pairs of klipsch 3.5mm in-ears are very comfortable and i can wear them all day with zero discomfort. least i didn't pay for these.
real pain to have to have another dongle to carry around. at least add another usb-c port to the phone to allow charging and listening to music at the same time.
