I've used a lot of vacuum bags for travel and backpacking. This one is just okay. The valve position causes the contents of the pack to block the valve when you remove the air. It takes several attempts to get it really tight and I never seem able to get all the air out. Not bad, but cheap Ziploc bags do a better job for far cheaper.

I actually have a vacuum with vacuum bags. I kinda scoffed at this one. I was wrong. Its so much easier to pack. Compressed with ease and stays. Gets really compact and fit perfectly in the 30L bag! Great design!!

This is a great space

This is a great space saver and huge convenience for multi-week / foreign travel. So easy to pack and compress, easy to move between bag and closet. It takes up about 1/2 of a 40-45L bag when fully loaded. It’s slighly heavier than a few ultra-light compressible packing cubes, but it’s worth the convenience of having everything in one “brick”.
