Lots of functionality, but very uncomfortable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the functionality and general quality of the bag. It also can fit a lot - really maximizing the 40L space. But I am really disappointed with how uncomfortable it is. The back of the bag against your back, is very flat, with no curvature or flexibility. If you put your laptop in the laptop sleeve, then the hard laptop is also against your lower back, which is really uncomfortable (and I am 5'8" so it's not a height issue). For a travel backpack, I had a hard time wearing it for extended periods of time, which is really disappointing as I can't find a good use case for the bag now - despite all the really smart functionality.

Fantastic bag. Tons of space, really well built. Easily can hold enough clothes for a 3-5 day trip. Favorite feature for me is the pocket for my running sneakers.
Love it so much one of my sons just bought one as well

From USA to Australia to Italy and back to the USA

The 40L bag has severed me well from 2018-2023. Once I returned back to the USA my zipper broke. My heart was broken. I immediately attempted to log on to the Nomatic website however my user name and password didn’t work. I then began to dig though 5 years of emails and found my order number. Within 2 weeks Nomatic sent me a brand new bag.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Nomatic Travel Bag 40L is like Mary Poppins' magic bag, minus the umbrella and talking parrot. This thing fits everything but the kitchen sink! It's like a game of Tetris trying to pack it efficiently. And if I ever decide to become a professional packer, this bag is my ticket to stardom. It's got pockets for days, compartments for my secrets, and a space-time continuum-defying capacity. The only thing missing is a built-in GPS to help me navigate my own bag. But hey, maybe that's just an upgrade for Nomatic 2.0. In the meantime, this bag is my trusty sidekick on all my adventures.

I have had this bag a few months now and I have actually been using it for work everyday. I have loved everything about it. Very versatile, great size. Would definitely recommend. Looking at getting the everyday backpack as well.

This is really all you need. It fits everything, and with ease. Never bother with anything else. It's good looking and it is extremely durable. Highly suggested.
