Amazing product and customer support

I’ve had this bag since a backpacking trip in Thailand in 2017 and it’s been my go to for any trip under ~10 days. Such an awesome bag you can tell was actually designed with the traveler in mind.
Would absolutely recommend the bag, but reason I’m writing this review is because of my recent experience with their customer support team.
I had a couple issues with the zippers malfunctioning at the shoe and main compartment, so I submitted a claim and immediately got a reply saying it had been approved - new bag was on its way.
It just arrived and am pumped to be able to travel with just a backpack again.
Definitely a brand you can rely on.

Great bag

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought two of these. One for my touring musician son as a gift. After it arrived I was amazed at the clever design. Favorite part is the handle integrated with the strap. Had to get one for myself with the Christmas sales.

The best travel bag I’ve ever owned

I have taken this bag all over the world and love it. Tons of space, great pockets, durable etc. My zipper eventually came off the track after a few years but Nomatic completely took care of me. Great warranty.

A must buy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this bag during their holiday sales. Loved the look and functionality as a duffle/backpack carry-on. It was easy to open and TSA approved when going through security with no issues. Definitely recommend this bag for anyone who may be traveling for days or a few weeks. Since I used to checked bags, I am definitely ditching my luggage and bringing this with me instead.
