I received my replacement travel pack on friday and this was definitely up to par with all my other bags and accessories from my Existing Nomatic collection. Looks and functions perfectly, like brand spankin new. Thank you for throwing in the extra sunglasses case and packinging cube. Thank you for caring.

I really like the spacing, pockets, and thought process that went into this bag. I'm glad I got it cheaper but it would have been worth full price. Now I hope it lasts bc that's my main concern :)

It's probably premature to write

It's probably premature to write this review, as I haven't contacted customer service yet, but I received a Scartch&Dent special for this 40L back pack. It's very roomy, lots of great compartments, far more light weight than I expected - a pleasant surprise. As per the backpack I ordered two years ago and have used extensively for travel, the materials are sturdy, smooth, and the case really does carry a lot of items compactly. The only flaw on this Scratch&Dent is that the main compartment zipper gets hopelessly stuck halfway. That's more than a small flaw, and makes the bag unusable. I'm disappointed Nomatic would consider this a "dent" as it severely affects the function of the bag. I'll follow through, and I'm confident I'll be taken care of, just disappointed with the inconvenience. I expect to remain a loyal customer and recommend Nomatic to traveling friends.

Thank you and the bag arrived pretty fast. The condition is almost brand new to me and glad i got my 1st Nomatic bag as I am always impressed with all the detailing put into making this bag. Will definitely be my go to bag for future short trips.
