I have bought most of nomatics products and they continue to impress me with the thought put behind there items as well as the quality of the material. And in the rare case I do have a problem they are quick to resolve my issues.

Can't fault the bag. I actually already own one and this was bought as a gift. This bag is perfect for my use.
Delivery was a bit sketchy and got sent to the wrong location. Nomatic did a great job in redirecting it when the delivery company messed up.
Best bag for travel, work or just going to the gym and it's comfortable enough to take on day hikes as well

Too large to fit under

Too large to fit under airplane seat, making it only suitable for ground travel not flying. Zippers are too small and too stiff, hard to pen & close even after I tried spraying graphite. Compartments are random, not really useful, not sufficient for carrying documents. All in all this is more of a campers bag than a business travelers bag. I regret buying it.

I really wanted to like

I really wanted to like this bag for its features but unfortunately it fails at its most essential aspect, as a backpack. I took this pack for a month in Europe and really got to know it well. After the first week my shoulders were very sore. The shoulder straps are basic pieces of nylon with some padding, no contour for comfort. The removable sternum strap frequently pops off which is annoying. The waist straps are non functional as they don’t even fit my waist when fully tightened (I’m 6 foot 190 lbs with 32 waist). They are far too big and don’t help relieve any weight off the shoulders. I’m stuck with the bag since it’s past 30 days. In the future I’ll stick to more reputable brand like osprey
