This bag is brilliantly designed, and all the features are well-executed. I’m sorry to say I had to return it. The bag and waist straps are designed to fit the average-sized man. Being a smaller-built, sporty woman, the bag didn’t fit well to my frame and the waist straps did not adjust to the level I would have needed. I think in future iterations, to widen the customer base, it might be helpful to include alterations for women’s sizing for the backpack straps and waist straps. I have one of the smaller Nomatic bags and I absolutely adore it! It’s just too bad this one didn’t work out for me. I look forward to see what else the Nomatic team comes up with in the coming years!

Just did a 5 day

Just did a 5 day multi-city trip that required dress and casual clothes. Bag fit everything great, and still fit under the seat on small RJ 200 jets.

On the one trip I’ve

On the one trip I’ve taken so far since receiving this travel bag (2 weeks ago) I’ve seen some things I like and dislike.
Like:
- Comfortable to wear as backpack when loaded down even without waist straps.
- Zippers feel very easy to open and don’t get stuck.
- Opens all the way for easy access.
- The main grab handle is very comfortable.
- Customer service was rather quick when my lock was not in the bag when it arrived.(for RFID pocket) I contacted them and within a week, a lock was received.
Dislikes:
- When fully open, I personally find the straps consistently got in the way when loading the travel bag. Feel like I was consistently being tangled.
- The shoe compartment is a little tighter than some YouTube videos make it seem to be.
- The laundry bag does not fit well in the strap of the shoe compartment flap.
- When your shoes are in the compartment, the main storage area is significantly reduced. If you had the shoe compartment filled and the water bottle compartment filled, I was only be able to fit a medium sized packing cube stacked on another one. So unable to fit toiletries and some other items that had to go into a different duffel bag.

I’m excited to take further trips with this travel bag but I don’t see how anyone could travel up to 7 days with it like it states. Hoping I didn’t make a mistake with this bag and the higher price point.

Bag provided excellent storage capacity

Bag provided excellent storage capacity and organization. However, the material promoted sweating across the back and the back seemed a little heavy. Shoulder straps were comfortable. Overall a great bag.
